1. Mineral Casting Bed with Hydrostatic Guideway
Mineral casting are widely used in high-end machine tools thanks to their unique mechanical properties, especially excellent damping and thermal performance. Featuring high damping, strong anti-vibration and low thermal deformation rate, mineral castings form a uniform oil film with hydrostatic technology, achieving non-contact and wear-free operation.
With positioning accuracy < 1 μm and strong load capacity, they are ideal for precision machine tools, testing equipment and other scenarios, empowering high-precision operations.
2. Granite Air Bearing Parts
Made of natural granite, the granite air bearing parts delivers a high-precision guideway structure with no internal stress and exceptional stability, perfectly eliminating vibration interference.

Mineral filling is a process of injecting mineral casting material into the bed body of original steel-welded or cast-iron structures.
While retaining the original structural design, it improves damping performance without modifying the design, opening molds, changing processing techniques or auxiliary components. It also enables concealed layout of exposed components through concurrent engineering.
4. Mineral Casting Bed for Grinding Machines
The precision surface of mineral casting grinding machine beds adopts the mineral casting replication molding process. Using high-performance modified resin binder and high-precision replication tooling, the mold tolerance is precisely copied to meet the requirements of complex-shaped and precision components.
This process eliminates complicated machining and grinding, enabling rapid forming of high-precision working surfaces with no shrinkage after curing, dense structure and reliable wear resistance. The raised dot design effectively reduces friction surfaces and improves oil return efficiency.
Combined with the superior damping, corrosion resistance, thermal stability and design flexibility of mineral castings, it easily fulfills high-precision grinding requirements.
5. Granite Precision Measuring Instruments
Selected high-quality granite is processed through precision grinding to produce granite measuring tools with high accuracy, strong stability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, immune to acid, alkali, rust and magnetization.
